We hike across the island from East to West. We descend into deep valleys, hike up to green terrace fields, walk through the national park and along old connecting paths between villages.
We linger in order to enjoy unique views, and we discover many a hidden spot.
We meet farmers and artistcraftsmen and we learn how the typical products of the island are made.
At the end of our tour, we stop off and tuck in to local dishes.
